First-rate service is the hallmark of the cosy Conservatory Restaurant and Chef/Proprietor Tony Barnfield was honoured twice in 2007 for Outstanding Customer Service of the Year in both the Tourism South East Tourism ExSEllence Awards and the New Forest Brilliance in Business Awards.
Open to non-residents, Dinner is served seven nights a week, offering award-winning cuisine complemented by a prize-winning selection of over 60 wines. All prices include Hildon mineral water, cafétière coffee, tea or fruit infusion and Beaulieu Chocolates: three courses £23.85, two courses £20.75. Pre-booked non-residents are always welcome to join those staying here for our award-winning Breakfast, seven days a week. Advance booking is essential at all times.

We close twice a year to allow for staff holidays, usually in February/March and November.
