A programme of events is organised through the year, invariably at lunchtime, with the focus on food and wine, including a full month of local food promotions during the Hampshire Food Festival each July, mystery wine tastings and food and wine matching meals.
From 4 September, we will be serving Sunday Luncheon on the first Sunday of each month (excluding December) and early booking is recommended.
Later in the year, we will be closed for three weeks for staff holidays from Thursday 18 November to Wednesday 8 December and again during March (dates still to be confirmed).
Apart from Saturday 12 to Monday 14 February, our hugely successful Wedded Bliss scheme (offering a discount on meals equivalent to the number of years of marriage) will run throughout the month of February.
And a twist on the same theme: anyone celebrating their birthday here and bringing their Birth Certificate with them will be given a discount on the cost of their meal to match their age! Others at the same table will pay the full cost. Quite definitely a case of Birthday Bliss!
